Heated Tee Assembly
The Universal Analyzers model HTA, Heated Tee Assembly, heated to 340°F with integrated thermal switch, optional low temperature alarm or alternatively remotely temperature controlled via RTD or T/C.
Includes wall mounted enclosure out of painted carbon steel or optionally Stainless Steel, 3ea. heat shrink entry seals (sample in and two sample outs), Heated and insulated Tee fitting, wetted parts standard out of 316 Stainless Steel or optionally out of Hastelloy C276, power: 115/230vac.
Common use but not limited to a gas analysis system that includes both a hot / wet and cold / dry sample path requiring a split sample.
Example application: CEM system with a heated Hydrocarbon Analyzer and other non-heated analyzer. After Tee, the sample path to the heated Hydrocarbon analyzer is made with a heated jumper line and the path to the non-heated analyzers is via a non-heated tube.
