A low induction particle (LIP probe tube rejects more particles than a standard probe tube by reducing the sample inlet velocity.
LIP: Requires a probe tube with threads on both ends.
Used when the flow direction is perpendicular to the probe tube inlet.
LIP-SHIELD: Requires a probe tube with threads on both ends.
Used when the flow direction is not perpendicular to the probe tube inlet.
LIP-SHIELD-ROD: Requires an HPA with 1/2" FNPT for mounting, used when flow direction is perpendicular to the probe tube inlet and there is a need to occasionally rod out the HPA probe tube.
LIP-HPA: Requires an HPA with a -PT for mounting
Used with an HPA.
